Opening of the Photo Exhibition
«Santorini photographed by Arielle Daussy»
Arielle Daussy studied to the National Superior School of the Decorative Arts in Paris. Her art studies allowed her to obtain notions of development of her environment and emphasize to this rare and precious heritage, which she shot during her endless walks in Santorini for the last twenty years.
The opening of the photo exhibition «Santorini photographed by Arielle Daussy» will take place on Saturday July 5th, 2008, 8:30 pm, at the Cultural Center Megaro Gyzi in Fira, Santorini. The exhibition will consist of 40 frames, sized 40×60 cm, with two photos (diptych) inside every frame. Each diptych consists of a photo with human architectures and a photo with stratified volcanic landscapes in Santorini. They are in harmony together in a frame. All photos will benefit from «Cibachrome» process, high definition, proof against sunlight, paper.
