ELENI – LYDIA STAMELLOU

Young soprano Eleni-Lydia Stamellou and the pianist Marios Kazas, two promising awarded artists, travel us with well-known pieces from the movies and the musicals (“west side story“, “my fair lady“, “the phantom of the opera“, “Evita“, “the wizard of Oz“, “the sound of music” etc.). Eleni-Lydia Stamellou, daughter of famous Greek singer Aliki Kayaloglou, studied in Freiburg, Vienna and Bologna. She gives recitals with great success mainly in Germany and Greece interpreting a wide repertoire which includes pieces from opera, oratorio, operette, lieder and musicals in nine languages.
