With a long presence in the Greek jazz and world stage and remarkable recordings, Miranda Verouli, the Brazilian Ambassador for Brazilian Music in Greece for 20 years, is a jazz singer – songwriter with a deep knowledge of Brazilian culture and with personal style in the Brazilian repertoire, characterized by authentic feeling and intense jazz style.
Along with her band, Desafinados, a group of outstanding jazzmen, they are skillfully crafting on the paths of Brazilian rhythms, from melodic bossa nova and rhythmic baião to the explosive samba of Rio de Janeiro. Featuring the top trumpet player, Andreas Polyzogopoulos, with his seductive sound and high aesthetics. A unique encounter that takes the audience to a unique trip to the Brazilian Jazz sound, through favorite artists like Tom Jobim, Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso, Marcos Valle, Jorge Ben, as well as their own compositions.
