Several years after their first and successful cooperation, Nena Venetsanou and Notis Mavroudis reunite their artistic forces, with concerts in Greece and abroad.
With her unique voice Nena Venetsanou, composer-guitarist Notis Mavroudis and guitarist George Tosikian will present a programme based on two guitars and songs that connect two different, yet so similar, creators, who for decades have been using poetry, to express the dreams, hopes and sorrows of the soul.
Songs delivered by Nena’s Venetsanou passionate voice, accompanied by Notis Mavroudis and George Tosikian, who have formed a small orchestra with their guitars, but also duets with compositions and covers, of the Greek repertoire (Mavroudis, Venetsanou, Hatzidakis) and of Latin America. The three artists through their music, act as a cure for the mind and heart in these troubled times, but also highlight the deeper beauty of music, words and their meaning, reminding us that the Art can resist against ugliness and decadence.
